How to Request Accommodations

  3. Provide supporting documentation when appropriate.
  4. Participate in an interactive review process.
  5. Approved accommodations will be implemented as applicable.

Confidentiality: Disability-related information is kept confidential and shared only on a need-to-know basis to implement accommodations.

  • Accessible instructional materials when available
  • Adjusted seating or classroom arrangements
  • Assistive technology where reasonable
  • Other reasonable academic adjustments

Accommodations are determined individually and may not fundamentally alter program requirements.
