Doc is a master barber with over 30 years of experience and the founder of Townsend Barber Institute’s Roseville campus, opened in 2016. He has successfully operated the school for a decade, proudly helping more than 400 students become licensed barbers, and is now leading plans to expand into the greater Atlanta area with new campuses slated for early 2027.

Wyatt is a 2024 graduate of Townsend Barber Institute who has been with the company since completing his program. He currently oversees all staff and daily operations and also contributes to planning and supporting the school’s ongoing expansion efforts.

Soua brings over 10 years of banking experience to Townsend Barber Institute’s financial aid office, where he oversees all financial aid operations. He specializes in helping students understand their funding options and guiding them step by step through the financial aid process.
